Líder de mantenimiento de instalaciones**Experiência deseable**:- Inglés Intermedio.- Más de 8 años de experiência en mantenimiento preventivo.Con 1 a 3 años de experiência en un puesto de manipulador de materiales o experiência equivalente- Conocimientos técnicos en sistemas hidráulicos, sistemas neumáticos, reparación eléctrica y PLC.- Experiência con herramientas de interfaz de software para Allen Bradley o GE Fanuc, se prefieren PLC y software basado en Windows.Experiência con AS9100, Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.**Funciones**:- Completar físicamente las tareas requeridas, como estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo, agacharse, doblarse, subir escaleras/escalones, trabajar en techos y, ocasionalmente, levantar y/o mover hasta 50 libras, (más de 25 libras con ayuda)- Localizar fuentes de problemas mediante la observación de dispositivos mecánicos en funcionamiento; escuchar los problemas; usando instrumentos de medición y prueba de precisión.- Eliminar las piezas defectuosas mediante el desmontaje de los dispositivos; uso de polipastos, grúas y herramientas manuales y eléctricas; examinar la forma y la textura de las piezas.- Ajustar las partes funcionales de los dispositivos e instrumentos de control mediante el uso de herramientas manuales, níveles, plomadas y reglas.- Mantener inventarios de equipos, repuestos y suministros mediante la verificación de existencias para determinar el nível de inventario; anticipar el equipo, las piezas y los suministros necesarios.
