The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.**Position Overview**The Plant Manager is responsible for driving continuous and significant improvements in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital.

This will be achieved by developing a world class organization by methodically balancing tactical execution and strategic objectives. A unique combination of strategic planning, strategy deployment, lean management, manufacturing 4IR techniques are needed to generate the outcomes required by the organization. As the site and the overall organization pivots into hypergrowth mode, the need for: scalability, realization of efficiencies and data driven decision making is taking center-stage. With manufacturing as a competitive advantage for the business, a fundamental core principle of the role will be around determining and executing against the imperatives that link to the 5 main pillars of manufacturing: scale & technology, productivity, quality & compliance, sustainability, and employee wellness.

The Senior Director of Manufacturing (Plant Manager OMM) will report directly to the VP of Manufacturing, GM of Outset Medical Mexico. The plant manager will need to set the tone, pace, culture, and imperatives for the Tijuana manufacturing facility. As Outset's culture is one by design and sustained by its members, the plant manager will need to be focused and determined in ensuring that the culture onsite is one of impact, agility, collaboration, trust, innovation/technology, disagree but commit and have fun. This role will also have a multitude of stakeholders requesting a variety of improvements, changes, and additions.

The plant manger will need to be able to synthesize requests, select priorities, push back where necessary and ultimately provide direction for site. The plant manager will be a key voice in the decision making process on what/how and when products are transferred and manufactured to the site. Therefore, the individual in this role must have a deep knowledge of medical device regulations, technology, 4IR concepts and manufacturing methods. The plant manager will work closely with the VP of Manufacturing and Chief People Officer to ensure that the local organization is driving the necessary capability development (hard and soft skills), engagement and talent growth.**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**- Ensure product attainment is achieved on time and within budget- Create and manage local budget requirements (Absorption, Expenses and OH+L costs)- Ensure key KPIs for the site are attained and if improvements are needed a process driven path2green approach is taken (with a mindset of continued improvements on KPIs)- Drive the strategic site imperative mapping processes to align local goals & objectives with corporate strategy and vital few- Inspires forward by participating, coaching and improving, weekly, monthly and quarterly standup meetings and business reviews to generate improvements to quality and productivity KPIs- Develop and further refine cultural enablers at the facility that promote a space of: impact, innovation, growth (people and product), collaboration, fun and a quality first mindset- Be a catalyst and the leader driving results of continuous improvements, 4IR and our organizations mantra's around: Farther, Faster, Together.- Align and participate in corporate level meetings around: product quality, supply chain attainment and operational component and product transfers (cost reduction, reliability, and next generation initiatives)- Partnering with HQ functions/verticals to driver further higher valued work for the local team while enabling HQ functions to run faster and lighter- Drive meaningful conversations with local government officials and organizations around advanced manufacturing reimbursement opportunities and educational support (Training, GED certifications, etc...)- Demonstrate leadership, communication proficiency, decision making, problem solving and analysis, financial management, business acumen.- Manage all employees, build leaders and responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that plant.**Required Qualifications**:- B.
