**My Role**:- Be the strategic, go-to resource for all things Talent Acquisition related.- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and execute strategies to build high-performance teams.- Be knowledgeable about the business and teams, and attend product team meetings and function as a member of assigned technical teams. Embed yourself.- Partner with HR partners, hiring managers and leaders on workforce planning.- Source and hire for a variety of functional areas with a special focus on Software and System.- Lead calibration meetings with market intelligence and drive decision making after onsite interviews, guide hiring teams to make the right decisions.- Keep all business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and reporting.**My Background**:- Bachelor's Degree- **3+ years of experience in TA, recruiting **salary (professional) and executive positions.- **Excellent English level (90%+)**:- Experience with Software and System position is a plus- Team player**Aptiv Rewards & Advantages**:- Interesting career in a leading, world-recognized company;- Opportunity to professional growth and personal development in an international environment- Ability to implement own ideas and solutions**Some see differences.
