The role of Portfolio Analyst will support portfolio management and related client service activities for discretionary investment accounts. You will also be an integral member of the team managing the funds which we build and manage in the construction of multi-asset portfolios for our clients. You will have the opportunity to provide a positive experience and drive outcomes for our discretionary clients by building knowledge of our processes and leveraging a deep bench of internal teams (Portfolio Managers, Client Leads, Operations, and Manager and Asset Research teams) and resources. You will be supported in the role to develop your portfolio management and asset class knowledge and enhance a broad range of communication and leadership skills. You will have exposure to the whole Investment process including how we incorporate sustainability and diversity into our client portfolios.Note: Visa employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunityWe welcome the opportunity to discuss your working preferences as we offer flexibility in the role.**The Role**:- Analysis and decision support for portfolios invested globally across all asset classes- Support investment strategy and asset allocation decisions for the client base, including multi-manager funds- Work with Portfolio Management and Research Teams to develop proposals for portfolio changes, identifying and following up on areas requiring further analysis or research- Gain exposure and working experience with portfolios of institutional investors; particularly defined benefit and defined contribution investors- Support continued development and integration of Inclusion and Diversity and ESG initiatives into our investment process- Manage cash flow needs and movements- Support agenda and create materials for Investment Committee meetings- Draft and maintain clear documentation of portfolio decisions, ensuring audit trail for client specific differences from model portfolios- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams, including Research, Portfolio Management, Implementation and business development and client service teams- Seek process enhancements to improve consistency and delivery of portfolio management- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by drafting portfolio proposals and responding to portfolio management questions within Requests for Proposals- Carry out ad-hoc analysis/projects as needed**The Requirements**:- Experienced hires are encouraged to apply- We would like to see resourcefulness as well as a desire to expand investment knowledge- We are looking for individuals who can combine project management and organizational skills with effective communication and collaboration- Your working knowledge of Excel and databases will be applied to our internal processes and systems- You will be supported to think innovatively to evolve and improve our solutions- Professional english.**_Equal Opportunity Employer._
