**What You'll Do**:As a Capital Markets Analyst at Solara, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financialstrategies and decisions that drive the growth of our solar fintech solutions. Your primaryresponsibilities will include:- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the capital markets, financialtrends, and industry developments to inform Solara's financial product strategies.- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess thefinancial viability and risk associated with Solara's products and partnerships.- Deal Execution: Lead and support on outreach, pitching, negotiating and closing largefinancial transactions to support Solara’s growth- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with Solara'soperations and investments, including credit risk and interest rate risk.- Investor Relations: Collaborate with potential investors and partners to facilitatefundraising efforts, prepare investor presentations, and support due diligence processes.- Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refinefinancial products tailored to the needs of emerging markets, ensuring alignment withSolara's mission.- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and compliancerequirements in Mexico and emerging markets to ensure Solara operates within legalboundaries.- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of Solara'sfinancial products and recommend strategic adjustments.- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for the senior management teamand stakeholders, providing key insights into financial performance and marketdynamics.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, financial analysis, or arelated role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling and analysis skills.- Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory frameworks in Mexico.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.- A passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to Solara's mission.- Based in Mexico City- Fluent in English and Spanish**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month**Language**:- English?
