As an Brand Manager, you'll collaborate closely with junior artists, writers, and marketers to craft innovative content that resonates with our diverse audience. We thrive on creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering high-impact designs that elevate our brand presence.**Your Role**:As Brand Manager, you'll spearhead the creative vision and execution for our brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive identity and compelling messaging across digital, print, POS, OOH, social media, and motion platforms. You'll bring your expertise in graphic design and creative direction to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, guiding them through conceptualization to production-ready assets.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Creative Leadership**: Develop breakthrough ideas and concept designs that push boundaries and resonate with our target audience. You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of our brand.- ** Team Collaboration**: Lead a talented team of artists and creatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your guidance will empower them to deliver their best work across various mediums.- ** Strategic Execution**: Translate brand objectives into compelling visual stories, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
