**SUBDIRECTOR DE PROYECTOS**Purpose of the Position: The Deputy Director of Projects will be in charge of coordinating, supervising, monitoring and reporting progress on initiatives to reconfigure the bank's distribution network. Likewise, it will communicate the status or progress of the initiatives to improve the physical infrastructure of the distribution network at the different levels of the organization, including reports within executive committees and coordination with other areas such as IT, CS, Marketing, Security, to mention a few. It will be the main point of contact for the Strategic Channels and Physical Distribution (branch network) teams to find out the status or progress of the actions and in turn will support said areas in any management that requires a review, adjustment or reengineering of the processes. sales and service choreography for physical or digital channels (service and operation model). You will have continuous communication with the directors of WPB, if required, you will participate in meetings with internal and/or external regulatory areas, as well as with the different support areas within the bank.Main Responsibilities: - Participate in the design of omni-channel strategies, to ensure that the experience of our clients and collaborators through the different channels is consistent. - Support for the design of strategies to simplify and migrate processes to digital channels. - Design the implementation plans for new initiatives with quality and agility standards, taking into account the best practices and new technologies available. - Support to divisional directors to define the best operating strategies and service models, according to the scope and context of each micro-market and/or region. - Support for division managers to measure the progress of initiatives focused on making service models more efficient and, failing that, generate additional proposals for improvement. - Keep an adequate order and monitoring of the different improvement initiatives in the physical infrastructure of the distribution network. - Manage, communicate and escalate any delay in the execution of improvement initiatives in the physical infrastructure of the distribution network. - Present and communicate the progress in the steering committees of WPB and Host, on the different initiatives to improve the physical infrastructure of the distribution network.Requirements and Knowledge:- Communication and management skills - Teamwork focused on execution - Collaboration between internal and external areas - Interaction with GCB 2, 3 and 4 stakeholders - Generation of trust and networking relationships - Problem solving skills - Monitoring and delivery of value.Function Knowledge - Role of program manager - Certification in project management methodologies - Strategic thinking and problem solving - Knowledge of distribution networks and sales channels (branches, ATMs, CDMs, etc.) - Reengineering of processes and migration to alternate channels. - Knowledge of quality standards and management of statistical information. - Management of change management concepts.Others - Time management - Analysis capacity - Resilience and adaptabilityRequirements“At HSBC we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunities.
