This area represents a global spend of USD ~200+ million.We offer a flexible working environment where curious and adaptable people thrive.As a direct report to the Head of Claims Legal Sourcing within the Global Business Solutions Division, you will closely collaborate with Claims team on legal spend.**About the Role**You will act as administrator of the legal service platform (TyMetrix) that manages legal invoices incurred by Swiss Re Group globally. You will serve as the point of escalation for issues related within the platform for outside counsels and claims users. You will be on charge of ensure processing and payment of invoices, monitoring the interfaces between the platform and additional systems. You will be responsible for the user access control and infrastructure settings within the platform. You will lead process improvement and approved initiatives that impact the platform functionality. In addition, you will prepare and provide training to the claims users periodically and as needed for new functionalities.- Monitors and ensures systematic and timely processing of significant amount of claims outside counsel invoices annually- Manages approved projects for system changes impacting TyMetrix functionality and/or integration with new or updated claim systems- Manages process improvement initiatives to simplify approach to processing claim related outside counsel invoices- Acts as point of escalation for Swiss Re and Outside Counsel for system and process issues- Responsible for preparing and delivering training as needed and communicating regularly with more than 300 end users globally.- Participates in regular and recurring review sessions with TyMetrix account personnel, Information Technology, Claims Operations to ensure payment process, system feeds, matter processing and vendor maintenance are occurring as needed to ensure proper control.- Maintains infrastructure settings in TyMetrix's production and test environments which include work area maintenance, invoice processing rules, user access management, and user role and authority limits- Maintains preferred panel list of outside counsels for the claims community.Supports leadership in the overall cross-divisional category strategy implementation.**About you**:Studies in Business, Finance or AccountingProve influencing skills to lead teams to resolve issues ranging from daily processing errors to issue resolution as part of project management, working with teams such as IT, Data Management, Finance and Third Parties.Demonstrate effective people interaction skillsGood presentations skills that reflect solid written and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills for reporting and process improvements or issues requiring escalation.Ability to interact with different positions such as Senior Claims Managers, Associates, Billing Administrators.Prior experience in Insurance or Reinsurance claims.Ability to work with external expertsStrong ability to work as a part of a team and independently.Prior experience working on global companies**Language**Excellent EnglishThe Company is an equal opportunity employer.
