Role We are seeking an experienced model audit professional that is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. You will work with a team of modelling professionals to analyse and review complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable. Responsibilities Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments. Lead model audit assignments, ensuring models are arithmetically and commercially correct. Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments. Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model. Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Lead in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Train, motivate and lead junior team members on assignments. Collaborate closely with team members, learning and contributing to assignments. Communicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams. Simplify complex financial model issues to make them understandable for non-technical stakeholders. Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business. Lead in the development of client pitches. Lead client calls and build client relationships. Qualifications and Key Skills Exceptional individuals who demonstrate our core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence. 6‑10 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting. In‑depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficial. Sector‑leading expertise in Project Finance. Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel. Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial. Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
