As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Main Purpose**The Multimedia Art is responsible for developing and managing design and creative proposals for internal communications assets such as presentations, branding systems and videos. Our Multimedia Art role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction, motion graphics as well as team management. A successful Multimedia Art must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, and ability to edit and manipulate creative assets. Additionally, the Multimedia Art will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions.Qualifications:- _**Accountabilities**- Supervise multiple projects in their different stages.- Working in coordination with Business Management team to ensure delivery of the master to the brand- Concept, deliver & development skills (templates, layout, design, colour, etc) to create and deliver presentations for Marketing and Sales internal use- Adaptation of existing master graphics / key visuals to create new graphic assets- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics / key visuals and adapt to different materiales when needed.- Creation of videos for internal use (video editing and motion graphics)- Development of branding systems and logo design for internal teams- Digital manipulation and rapid prototyping (quick mockups)- Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (Graphic design, Animation, Advertising, Visual arts, etc.)- +3 years of experience in art / graphic design- Language proficiency in English- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must- Content adaptation skills across different static, animated and video formats.- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of motion graphics & animating (Adobe After Effects)- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of editing (Adobe Premiere)- PowerPoint advanced- Knowledge of Contact Monkey or other mailing platforms is desirable**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
