Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager the Test Engineer role involves overseeing process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements to hold up a manufacturing organization.What a typical day looks like:- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in the fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with the development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, and record test data.- Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.- Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.- May develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.- Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians, and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem-solving techniques.- Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing, and coordinating corrective action measures, and monitoring improvements.- Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.- Create and maintain process documentation.- Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector.- Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English.- Test stand.- Advanced LabVIEW- DFT (Design for Testability) Analysis- Operative systems Windows and Linux (any common distro)- Strong knowledge in electronics Digital, Analog, and RF- Use of advanced test instruments for debugging Oscilloscope, NVA, curve tracer, etc.- ICT, Jtag, and functional test experience- Programming language any of this Python, C, or Java/Node- Current Passport and Visa- Availability to travel of 50%What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAC67Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
