With headquarters in Regensburg, Germany. we employ almost 40,000 people at around at 50 locations worldwide.Our company values define on how we collaborate within our company:**Passionate**: We are dedicated to bring in our experience responsibly.**Partnering**: We work collaboratively and respectfully to reach shared success.**Pioneering**:Curiosity and courage inspire our daily work.The **SQM Serial Production Jr **in line with Vitesco Technologies Strategy Direction 2030, strive and drive Zero Defect requirement to the supplier base, Drive Zero Defect Culture within the SQM organization and ensure Best in Class ""consistent and sustainable"" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills.**Main Responsibilities**:- Part of SQM Plant without leading responsibility- Introduce and maintain supplier quality assurance measures and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services- Develop skills and competencies of the organization. - Support the continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools by internal audits, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs- Execute the consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects)- Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier to ensure.- Implement the preferred supplier and component strategy- Initiate, lead and drive supplier improvement programs- Define targets and control measures with the supplier in alignment with the SQM business and quality targets- Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated- Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System- Coordinate collection of the supplier related quality related costs (QRC).
