You lead in the execution of experiments and trials that are required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies.**Lo que debes saber sobre este puesto**:Responsible for supporting technical activities of R&D related to all initiatives on formulations of Pure Refreshment Platform for sugar free gums. Also is responsible of all activities related to business continuity plan and productivity.Additional responsibilities related to Pure Refreshment Platform for sugar free gum in LATAM are:1. Shelf life evaluations2. Create RMAT, FORM and FP Meridian Specifications3. Continuous Improvement of the product related to quality.4. Strong ability to utilize computer systems.- Demonstrated ability to support projects across a designated brand/product portfolio with a substantial workload.- Problem analysis and solving skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
