**Regroup Mass Notification** — a global company with headquarters in Dallas, TX — is looking for a **WordPress Developer. **Regroup believes in working with talented yet humble people who care about our core mission: Keeping communities and organizations safe and informed.We are seeking an avid **WordPress Developer** with at least 3 years of experience.You should have an in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, experience in search engine optimization and marketing, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications for company’s best practices.You are also an exceptional communicator and a team-player.**What will you be doing? (aka key responsibilities)**- Stay abreast of current marketing automation trends, best practices, and strategies- Edit WordPress templates- Maintaining and managing the front-end and back-end sides of the company website such as the design, and the database and server integration- Generating WordPress themes and plugins.- Conducting website performance tests.- Troubleshooting content and display issues.- Consistently monitoring the performance of the live website.**Show us what you’ve got (aka requirements)**- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Strong knowledge of the WordPress platform- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing search engine marketing (SEO/SEM)- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)- Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred**Some of what we have to offer you**- Great culture and environment- Flexible work environment, 100% remote- Smart people to learn from- Cutting edge experience- Internet stipend and paid professional development opportunities**A mission-driven career that literally saves lives.** At our core, we keep institutions afloat and efficient by making communications easy and effective.
