No Relocation Assistance Offered - San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, MexicoThe **Project Process Engineer **is responsible to develop, coordinate and implement capital projects based on company requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Generation of technical specifications, selection and purchase of equipment, monitoring of construction and manufacturing processes, ensuring a reliable and high-quality process in each of the manufacturing formulations, this through organizing and executing EMO's and PV's for new equipment..- Coordinate acceptance tests, installation of the equipment developing layout, planning, installation, elaboration of electronic scopes for the installation, field supervision, coordination of training and generation of project validation documentation.- Resource management of contractor companies.- Evaluate, analyze and implement projects.- Prepare detailed supporting information for each project.- Manage project times and resources.- Coordinate with support areas for the execution of projects (Quality, Security, Purchasing, Finance).- Support the validation of projects.- Control inputs and outputs of project assets.- Comply with security requirements and standards.- Supervise the quality of work during the execution of projects.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer, Industrial Chemist or related field.- 2 years of experience in processes/projects.- Principles of good manufacturing practices.- Knowledge of quality, safety and hygiene.- Knowledge in process development and management.- Knowledge in the management and selection of machinery for filling, labeling, and packaging of consumer products.- Knowledge in selection of machinery for sanitary sensitive products.- Must demonstrate experience in the assembly, disassembly and relocation of industrial machinery.- Intermediate English.- Management of Office, Microsoft Project Manager and CAD design.- Project development.- Desirable knowledge in electronics, mechanics and/or construction or similar.Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
