Responsibilities Solicitar/programar a manufactura muestras para pruebas según programa de confiabilidad. Analizar humedad residual (system protector) Analizar Capacidad de retención de agua. (system protector) Realizar pruebas de flujo & filtración. Realizar pruebas eléctricas (solenoides). Ser responsable de realizar pruebas y reportes en función con el desempeño de productos terminados. Realizar actividades propias del área de confiabilidad. Participar en el mantenimiento en el plan de control del producto y la documentación relacionada al proceso de aseguramiento de calidad. Mantener actualizado el programa de corridas pilotos y dimensionales proveedores nuevos y cambios de Ingeniería. Dar entrada a las piezas que el proveedor mande para ser dimensionadas por el técnico de calidad. o SQE. Realizar movimientos con almacén (cambios de localidad de AL a SQ por medio del formato). Realizar requisición para solicitar TSO para evaluar el material nuevo, en pruebas funcionales en línea. Identificar si el material es nuevo proveedor o alguna acción correctiva por el proveedor. Mandar al planeador indicando el número de parte a evaluar, cantidad y destino de las piezas después de la corrida piloto. Realizar la entrega del formato ROCP con Ing. de calidad indicando pruebas funcionales, que se ocupan para poder evaluar la pieza, con evidencias y firma de Ing. Calidad entre otras actividades. Calificaciones Carrera Profesional, más un mínimo de un (1 a 3) años de experiencia preferentemente, incluido el liderazgo, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia. Manejo de Paquetes Office. Inglés 70 %. Interpretación de planos. Conocimientos básicos de metrología. Conocimientos de programas computacionales (ambiente Windows, Word, PowerPoint y Excel). Manejo de herramientas de medición y equipos de prueba. Manejo de equipos de laboratorio. Análisis de problemas. Conocimiento en Pruebas piloto. Conocimientos de Refrigeración & A/A. Estadísticas básicas. Six Sigma. Automotivado con capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
