Position Overview As a Case Manager, you will support U.S. attorneys in preparing, organizing, and managing business immigration cases and some family-based matters. You will assist with case preparation, forms, research, client communication, and day-to-day case coordination. We will train you in our systems and support your professional growth. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, organize, and manage US immigration petitions, including E visas, O visas, P visas, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, PERM, and family-based cases such as adjustment of status and consular processing. • Draft forms, letters, client updates, and supporting documents. • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to gather information, request documents, and provide clear updates. • Maintain digital case files and ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. • Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy. • Coordinate timelines, follow-up tasks, and case requirements with the team. • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to process improvements. What We Are Looking For • At least 1 year of experience in U.S. business immigration, preferably involving E, O, P, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW applications • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Comfort using technology and a willingness to learn new tools: Microsoft Word and Teams, Adobe, Docketwise, Dropbox, and macOS systems • Strong attention to detail and a well-organized approach to handling multiple tasks • A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Clear communication skills and a client-centered mindset Why Join Melga Law As a boutique firm, your work has a real impact, and you are more than just a number.
