Participate in the reduction of poor-quality costs generated in manufacturing processes. Responsible for promoting awareness of customer requirements, as well as following up on internal, external or customer audit processes.**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Ensure that the quality management system is implemented, updated and functional.- Support activities so that production inputs satisfy and meet the requirements established in the quality management system- Ensure manufacturing and administrative processes are documented and performed in an effective and consistent manner to ensure the company's competitiveness.- Lead the area staff in the problems solving methodology in order to handle any customer complaint.- Manage the Cost of poor quality and other metrics at the manufacturing area.- Manager the group of quality auditors in order to ensure the correct product sampling as part of the quality audit inspection.- Participate in the cross functional team for any APQP activity.- Lead the Layer Process Audit process.- In charge of performing the Measuring System Analysis (MSA) for the measuring equipment that it is used at production floor.- In charge of supplier development and incoming inspection activities**REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Keeps self-control in hard situations- Strong Communication skills- Problems Solving and decision making- Costumer focus (internal and external)- Negotiation skills- Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork.- Problems Solving process- Exceptional attention to internal and external customer requests- Negotiation skills**PAY & BENEFITS**- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.- Profit Sharing - According with local laws and Gates policy.- Meal Allowance $3,112.00 MXP per month- Medical and Life Insurance Coverage - According with the current Gates de México Policy.- Social Security (IMSS) - 100% covered by Gates.- Vacation and Holidays -Under the provisions of Gates Personnel Policies for the Gates de México.- Gates Pension Plan - Contribution defined Gates Pension Plan Fund according to the current policy.
