Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in AguascalientesReporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse- Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouseThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Intermediate English- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form- Demonstrates capability in leading a major initiative that impacts the site.- Facilitates team in making group decisions- Identifies skills needed within team and works with team to achieve them.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceJob CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
