Participar activamente en las Reuniones con el Gerente de Calidad de Planta e iniciar las Reuniones del Gerente de Calidad. Gestione los proyectos solicitados por el Director de Calidad. Competencia y conocimiento de los elementos del Sistema de Calidad GM / GMS BIQ y del Plan de Lanzamiento de Calidad. Competencia y conocimiento de los requisitos del Manual Global de Calidad. Capacidad para entrenar, enseñar y auditar elementos del Manual de Calidad GM y el Principio y Elementos de GMS BIQ. Coraje gerencial para proporcionar retroalimentación directa, honesta y constructiva al Personal de la Planta / Liderazgo Ejecutivo de una manera sutil y profesional. Presentar el personal de la planta de montaje y de ingeniería con una definición clara de problemas, tutoría técnica sobre problemas complejos y actualizaciones periódicas sobre el progreso. Apoyar lanzamiento de nuevos productos en la planta cuando corresponda. Mantener actualizaciones de los requisitos de calidad. Mantener las desviaciones de requisitos de calidad de las plantas.
