You'll be the key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, defining product vision, managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and ensuring that your product meets the market needs and organizational goals.What You’ll Do Take full responsibility for the product backlog and prioritize it based on business value and strategic goals. Define and clearly communicate product requirements and expectations to the development team. Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and development teams, to align product features with user needs and business objectives. Play a key role in sprint planning, ensuring that the team understands the work to be done. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap. Monitor product development progress, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Here’s What We Are Looking For2-3 years of experience in product management or a related field. Strong understanding of product development cycles and Agile principles. Experience in defining product vision and roadmaps. Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements. Competence in managing product backlogs and prioritizing according to business value.
