Attention to quality problems related to customers and suppliers- Coordinate contentions for nonconforming product- Carry out the Quality KPI- Take control of quality claims reported by customer- Close the 8Ds in the time established by customer- Administration and implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards- Administration and implementation of document control system- Carry out an audit plan, follow up on compliance plan, and corrective actions- Report of results of the quality management system to management- Administration and / or supervision of sorting and inspection activities- responsible of following up the correct receiving process in the WH ( inspecttion, damages, labels)- Root cause analysis- Tracking damaged material- Follow up on claims with insurance- Follow-up to PPAP requests- Follow-up on process change requests (PCR)- Generation and modification of standard procedures for operating personnel- Management and development of monitoring protocols, including those related to the return to the new normal- Generation of risk analysis- Follow up to Near Miss and Accidents including root cause.1 año de experiência en posición de calidadTitulado en ingenieríaIngles intermedio avanzadoDe preferencia con experiência en ISO y negociación con el clienteTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
