**What You’ll Do**:- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and clickable prototypes in Figma- Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into polished user experiences- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and product goals- Contribute to improving usability, accessibility, and overall product experience- Utilize the latest AI design tools to expedite delivery of new and updated mockups**What We’re Looking For**:- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, and prototyping- Experience designing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive interfaces- Ability to create interactive, clickable prototypes to communicate design intent- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role**Company Benefits**:- Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases.- Generous paid-time-off policy- Flexible working hours- Work remotely- Continuing education, training, conferences- Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certificationsBeing a consultant in our team is a fun, challenging, and rewarding career choice.
