The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing, adapting, and maintaining FOX’s visual identity across marketing materials and various areas of the channel. The role’s mission is to transform Master Graphics into clear, compelling, and consistent visual assets, ensuring effective brand communication across presentations, campaigns, digital and print materials, with a strong understanding of the sports media environment. Key Responsibilities Adapt Master Graphics for different platforms, formats, and internal teams while maintaining FOX’s visual identity. Design graphic materials for Marketing, including campaigns, corporate presentations, digital assets, promotional materials, and commercial support tools. Create and adapt presentations in Keynote, ensuring visual clarity, strong storytelling, and brand consistency. Develop graphic assets for both internal and external use (digital, social, sales, PR, etc.). Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Commercial, and Editorial teams to translate strategic needs into effective visual solutions. Ensure proper application of brand guidelines, typography, color, and composition across all deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Propose visual enhancements, new graphic solutions, and creative optimizations aligned with design trends and sports marketing best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within media, marketing, sports, or entertainment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience creating and adapting presentations in Keynote. Working knowledge of Canva for quick adaptation of materials when required. Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of and affinity for the sports environment. Key Skills Creativity and strategic visual thinking. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Collaborative mindset and effective communication. Proactivity and openness to feedback.
