Get to know us better by visiting our website.**Position Description**As a Project Manager IT & Marketing Solutions at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Contribute to maintaining the IT Marketing Systems portfolio roadmap status, owning the delivery of assigned IT Marketing systems projects/features end-to-end- Owning the delivery of assigned IT Marketing systems projects/features end-to-end, from initiation to deployment. Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting of in-flight activities.- Identify and manage key dependencies across other IT Marketing initiatives- Lead the project team and foster close collaboration across functions. Ensuring project delivery according to established agreements between all teams- Guide project scoping initiatives and drive stakeholder updates**Required Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you should have:- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field- Minimum 4 years of experience within IT or Marketing systems, with experience leading large initiatives. Pharmaceutical background is a plus, but not mandatory- Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or similar technologies preferred- Experience in both waterfall project management and Agile methodologies.
