Payments Processing Analyst At LEDVANCE, we are looking for a Payments Processing Analyst to join our finance team. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate payments to our suppliers, supporting financial planning, and maintaining strong controls across payment processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage payments to international suppliers across multiple countries (including Brazil, USA, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Canada, and Peru) using SAP Finance , ensuring compliance with internal processes and deadlines. Prepare payment proposals by consolidating all due and overdue documentation to ensure accurate execution of payments. Develop and maintain a payments forecast , supporting cash flow planning and financial decision-making. Analyze variances in financial forecast , with monthly follow-up and reporting. Release funds for supplier payments in alignment with treasury policies and approvals. Provide financial support to the countries under scope, ensuring adherence to processes and service levels. Execute compensations and apply credit notes to keep supplier accounts accurate and up to date. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience in Payments, or Accounts Payable , preferably in an international or shared services environment. SAP Finance experience is highly desirable. Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
