**Customer Service Representative (Aeropuerto)****Requisitos**:- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).- Bachillerato concluido.- Actitud de servicio, indispensable contar con experiência de servicio al cliente.- Dominio de grupos.- Disponibilidad para rotar turnos (mañana, tarde y noche).- Residir en Cancún o disponibilidad para cambio.- Proporcionar asistencia a todos los pasajeros en su llegada y salida en el aeropuerto.- Elaborar reportes cualquier incidente ò situación que pueda haber ocurrido con los pasajeros llegando y/o saliendo durante el traslado o en el aeropuerto.- Solución de problemas que se puedan presentar a nuestros pasajeros durante su llegada y/o salida.- Mantener excelentes relaciones con aerolíneas, operadoras terrestres y autoridades del aeropuerto.- Estar enterado sobre cualquier problema que haya ocurrido en su operación y reportarlo inmediatamente al supervisor en turno.Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $13,900.00 - $13,947.00 al mesHorario:- RotativoPrestaciones:- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistenciaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿actualmente donde resides?Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
