You will be responsible for purchasing necessary supplies at the plant as well as contacting suppliers to obtain information on material shipment dates.**JOB DUTIES**:- Analyze, review, and follow up on MRP.- Process/send/confirm purchase orders (PO's) for direct materials according to MRP and the supplier base.- Ensure that purchase orders follow the appropriate approval level process.- Review, take action, and communicate cancellations, past due, etc. with the supplier base.- Review/analyze/send SAP reports according to the supplier base.- Run and follow up on the shortage report, take action on all material shortages.- Daily follow-up with EP on discrepancies in materials receipt due to issues with PO information within a maximum of 24 hrs.- Use the Hot Items List for EP/JRZ receipts and ensure that the material goes through the necessary processes until it reaches JZ.- Use the Critical Short List (Drive R) to escalate any material shortage that affects OTTR and/or causes production line downtime.- Confirm and expedite urgent/short material deliveries defined in the critical short list with suppliers.- Review and follow up on “Priority/Weekly Reports.”- Keep notes in SAP system up to date and synchronized with the Critical Short List.- Review/correct discrepancies with the accounts payable department. Sts90- Review assigned ECNs and Agile notifications- Administration/Review of sample requisitions and mold tool review Review all parameters of the "pull" system and correct/update monthly (VMI, Kanban, POU, 3PL)**YOU MUST HAVE:- Bachelor Degree- Fluent in English (written and spoken) at an advanced level- +2 to years of experience in a similar position- Working knowledge on SAP system Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft products, such as Excel**WE VALUE:- Skills in teamwork and supplier management- Ability to negotiate- Experience in MRP- Follow procedures and control mechanisms and correction that help to take effective actions- Identify improvement opportunities- Act with a sense of urgency Continuous learning- Knowledge in SAP (Supply chain modules)- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology and tools**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:Great work environment and exceptional Resideo benefits#LI-AM2LI-ONSITE
