Requires cross-functional collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.**Your Impact**:As Sales Support Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of- Primary responsibility is full ownership and maintenance of the Promotion and Contract Management (PACMAN) system which houses all contracts, EDI order transmission and customer/distributor information.- Responsibility for PACMAN system ownership include; act as admin to system, approve accesses, assist in refreshing annual contracts, collaborate with finance partners on new templates for sales contracts, troubleshoot issues Frontline Sales employees encounter, quality testing to identify opportunities and request any upgrade/changes to system.- Additionally, this role serves as the sole trainer to new team members on the PACMAN and various other systems (SalesForce) across FS sales, finance and trade spending team members.- PCC Customer Data Update request.- Salesforce (CRM): Account setup, Account Modification, Account Ownership Transfer.- Secondary Approver for CRM Salesforce and Tibersoft in MyIDM.- Provide support to the US Sales team on account setup inquiries.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree.**Experience**- 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external).- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Advanced English oral and written communication skills.- Follow up and escalate when needed.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
