We care about our customer’s needs and operate globally to provide products and services effectively and efficiently.We are hiringQuality Management System EngineerESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities which are highly specialized, exists primarily to perform the function.):- Ensure the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System and records.- Organizes and facilitates external quality auditing activities with registrar and customers.- Organizes and perform internal quality auditing and coordinates the closure of the open findings.- Ensures processes and procedures needed for compliance with ISO 9001/IATF16949/VDA requirements are established, implemented, communicated, and maintained.- Monitors and reports on the performance of the key quality metrics defined by management.- Coordinate the periodic Management Reviews with the team and follow up on the closure of the open items.- Act as a key contact with current and new customers for initial information submittal and follow up on customer’s requirements.- Acts as Management Representative for ISO 9001/IATF16949 certification.- Facilitates awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.- Train current and new employees on quality management system, quality tools and quality topics.- Establishes and maintains internal quality audit schedule to ensure audits are completed on time.- Monitors nonconformance reporting including corrective and preventive action program.Essential profile:Education.
