Automation project engineer – Automation Industry Parque Industrial Castro del Rio, Irapuato, Gto. We are a global leader in automation solutions committed to innovation, quality, and excellence. We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of efficient, customized automation systems. Main Responsibilities Evaluate and quote automation projects according to client specifications (RFQs). Analyze mechanical and electrical systems to ensure technical feasibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation concepts and solutions.. Maintain strong communication and collaboration across departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related). 2–6 years of experience as Automation project engineer in automation companies . Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems . Proven experience quoting automation projects . Ability to interpret and analyze client RFQs . Advanced English (spoken and written). Availability to travel within and outside Mexico (valid passport and visa required). Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. High tolerance to pressure, results-oriented mindset.
