The Role Technical Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise hardware and storage support. Deep knowledge of: Hitachi Vantara storage platforms (G‑Series, VSP models). SAN environments (Cisco, Brocade switches). RAID configuration, LDEV management, and firmware upgrades. Hardware replacement (disks, controllers, processors, memory, etc.). Server management tools and remote configuration (BMC / IPMI). Experience supporting clients such as Movistar, Televisa, Infonavit, Toyota, and VW is a plus. Basic networking and system administration skills (LAN / WAN, Windows Server). Key Competencies Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities. Detail‑oriented with a hands‑on approach. Ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑driven mindset. Education and Certifications Technical degree or equivalent in Computer Systems, Networking, or related field. Certifications and training in: Hitachi Compute Blades and Storage Architecture, HPE ProLiant Gen10, SAN Technologies, and Server Management Tools, ESET Security, LAN / WAN Networking, 3COM Wireless, Python fundamentals (basic knowledge desirable). Continuous technical training through Hitachi and HPE Universities. Language Intermediate English – capable of understanding technical documentation and communicating with international teams.
