This role focuses on processing accounts payable tasks and providing administrative financial support. You must have experience with AppFolio, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and contributing to a larger team’s success.**What You’ll Do**- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments- Provide financial and clerical support to the accounting team- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal team members- Assist with process improvements and other accounting tasks as needed- Maintain organized records and documentation- Charge and manage late fees within AppFolio- Process Move Outs**What We’re Looking For**- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable- **AppFolio experience is required**:- Strong attention to detail and organization- Excellent communication and follow-up skills- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly- Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe**Perks & Benefits**- $10 USD/hour- 15 days of paid time off (PTO)- 100% remote work — work from anywhere- Supportive, team-based work culture- Opportunities for growth within the companyReady to join a team that values your work and supports your career growth?Pay: $186.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Is your spoken and writing English at a C1/C2 level?- Do you have a Work PC?
