Data-Driven Supply Chain Analyst**Responsibilities**:- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities for production, supplies, and transportation.- Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery.- Gather data on each step within the supply chain and recommend changes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Plan and execute large-scale projects to enhance supply chain operations.- Research partner companies and negotiate best-price contracts to drive business revenue.- Investigate pain points within the supply chain process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to secure best pricing and ensure contract compliance.- Create performance reports for management review.- Communicate with various departments to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.- Maintain professional relationships with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.- Improve and create data models for financial reporting.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.- Strong quantitative analysis skills.- Excellent interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.**Skills**:- Advanced SQL for data analysis (common table expressions, UDFs, stored procedures, JSON functions, window functions, etc.).- Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).- Proficiency in BigQuery or similar data warehousing technologies.- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker preferred, but any other tool is accepted).- Experience with ELT/ETL tools.- Ability to debug and troubleshoot data-related issues.- Knowledge of batch and streaming processing concepts.- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and message brokers.- English proficiency of 80% (spoken and written).Nice to have skills:Financial reporting experience.Proficiency in any programming language.Experience in business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field.
