Controller, Controlling, FP&A Manager, Finance Manager**Your new company**Important internacional company is looking for their new FP&A Controller**Your new role**As a FP&A Controller your main responsibilities will be:- Conduct month close process to ensure data quality and robust variance analysis- Spot issues / improvement opportunities and work with on corrective actions- Thorough understanding of major cost drivers- Variance analysis & data consolidation- Provide support to NA Sales Management in terms of reports, RFCC, pricing and margin analysis etc.- Data preparation for regional performance review- Support special requests & other financial analysis as requested- Support preparation of the monthly rolling forecasts with target to improve accuracy- Support preparation of the annual budgets- Support the forecast process towards a financial early warning system**What you'll need to succeed**- 3+ years Experience in FP&A/controlling role, management finance and key business finance metrics knowledge- Excellent analytical ability- Experience in designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems- SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, Qlik/SAP BW knowledge- English Fluency mandatory, other languages helpful- Intercultural intelligence - able to work with other regions**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
