** ¿Qué harás como Finance Manager - IFS Americas en Sealed Air?**:- La persona que se una como Finance Manager será clave para brindar soporte financiero estratégico y operativo a las operaciones de IFS en América. Serás responsable de liderar un pequeño equipo y supervisar las actividades financieras tanto en Estados Unidos como en México. Actuarás como socio financiero del equipo de Operaciones y del equipo Comercial, garantizando el cumplimiento de normativas financieras (como US GAAP y Sarbanes-Oxley), reportes confiables y una toma de decisiones informada. Además, colaborarás con equipos globales para implementar mejores prácticas y asegurar la salud financiera del negocio.- **¿Por qué te necesitamos?**:- Para liderar y ejecutar el cierre financiero mensual conforme a US GAAP y políticas internas.- Para dar soporte al cumplimiento de requerimientos financieros anuales, como el AOP, auditorías de activos fijos e inventarios.- Para analizar variaciones de ingresos y costos, y explicar su impacto vs presupuesto y año anterior.- Para generar reportes financieros precisos y oportunos que permitan decisiones de negocio efectivas.- Para realizar conciliaciones de cuentas de inventario, activos y cuentas por cobrar.- Para asegurar que todas las transacciones estén registradas conforme a las políticas corporativas y al Código de Conducta.- Para desarrollar estimaciones financieras mensuales, incluyendo análisis de márgenes, rentabilidad por línea de producto y tendencias por cliente.- Para revisar y dar soporte financiero en proyectos de capital (capex), desde la solicitud hasta la evaluación de resultados.- Para participar activamente como miembro del equipo de liderazgo de planta y del equipo comercial.- Para atender solicitudes ad-hoc relacionadas con el sitio o línea de productos.- Para colaborar con equipos globales y regionales de cadena de suministro, finanzas y ventas, garantizando una visión financiera alineada.** ¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?**:- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín- Inglés avanzado- conversacional (reportarás a USA)- experiência relevante en finanzas, preferentemente en un entorno de manufactura.- Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (Syteline deseable), SAP y herramientas de análisis financiero como Power BI o OneStream.- Dominio avanzado de Excel.- Capacidad de análisis y síntesis de grandes volúmenes de datos.- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y enfoque colaborativo.Requisition id: 51900Relocation: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
