Individual should be innovative, hands-on and driven to delightcustomers. This future product all-stars will be key supporters of many of our top selling and mosthighly utilized core products.**Where you will make an impact**- Works in close partnership with an agile development team to create and analyze product requirements and acceptance criteria in support of meeting product roadmap commitments- Works effectively with the product manager, agile development team, and other stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment, leveraging domain expertise, to translate product and customer requirements into artifacts the dev team will use to create, test, and deliver the product or solution- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to determine the _how _of a solution from a functional user perspective (i.e. analyze information needs and functional requirements while delivering the following artifacts as needed; use cases, storyboards/wireframes, test scenarios, etc.)- Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures.- Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software- Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action- Assisting with the development of customer-focused documentation (User Guides, Training Materials, etc.) for software solutions**What you will bring**- 1 - 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Product Management- Experience delivering SaaS products, preferably in an enterprise B2B environment a plus- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal- Curious, willing to ask questions and take feedback, and driven to delight customers- Insatiable desire to grow in product by learning the craft and delivering results- Outcome-focused, with customer value always in mind- Able to confidently demonstrate products, and influence senior management, and otherinternal or external stakeholders- Process-oriented decision-maker who relies on data a plus- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work independentlyWhat makes #Ellucianlife:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.- Christmas bonus 30 days- Saving fund- Monthly food coupon- 15 workdays vacation- Thrive Flex Program that allows you to contribute towards your health, financial or learning interests- 5 charitable days to support the community that supports us- Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups such as: Women in Technology, Pride and Go Green to name a few.- Parental leave- Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team- We Foster a learning culture with:- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance- Professional development opportunitiesLI-MH1LI-Remote
