Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.**Descripción del empleo**We are looking for an** Admin Support Analyst (ASA)** with an interest in International Trade and general Administration tasks.The ASA serves as the primary administration contact for the clients and acting as a support role for the Account Management area, he/she is also responsible for achieving client ́s satisfaction. The ASA is expected to consistently provide excellence in strategic administration tasks toward service completion:- Client commercial notes support and maintenance.- Invoicing generation, coordination and follow up.- Overdue accounts control.- Payment tracking (receivables support).- Reporting (internal and external).- Transfer information to the finance team for invoicing.- Review and update operational and financial files- Booking services in our platform**Requisitos**- Education: bachelor's degree on Business Administration, or related field.- Ability to communicate in written English.**Información adicional** Compensations**:- Gross Monthly Salary $10,500 MXN- Benefits above law- Performance bonus reaching KPIs.
