If the answer is yes, this opening could be the perfect fit for you.80% of this opportunity is field based with the remaining 20% based at our facility in Zoetermeer.About the Opportunity:Key responsibilities and accountabilities:- Service, repair and commission all Servomex products to ensure that the Company’s reputation is maintained and enhanced through exceeding expectations and delighting customers.- Carry out FAT and SAT of systems.- Actively be involved with quoting service activities and pursuing potential business- Provide assistance with technical sales enquiries for Servomex products and help make our customers aware of the advantages of maintenance contracts.- Complete repair, service and commissioning reports and any other required documentation.- Ensure that Servomex equipment meets the relevant health and safety and local safety requirements and if not, ensure the customer accepts responsibility.- Communicate with relevant departments concerning problems with Servomex equipment and customer requirements using quality and customer complaint procedures.- Provide assistance with systems testing and build to the Systems Engineering department to ensure that systems meet the required performance and specification prior to shipment.- Participate in Customer Service improvement initiatives as required by the Service Manager.- Travel required including throughout Benelux & Germany wide and occasionally other European countries - flexibility will be required.- Participation in forecasting and service planning calls.- Other duties and responsibilities as required by the business.About your Talent:Essential skills and experience:- A proven track record of working within a Field Service Engineer (or closely related) position repairing instrumentation as well as installing and troubleshooting.- Strong Electronic and Instrumentation background.- Experienced in providing various levels of customer training.- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers.- Experienced in working within the following industries - oil and gas, industrial gases, and/or Semi-Conductor.- Start up, commissioning, FAT, SAT.- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.- Competent in MS Office suite and SAP.- Good written and verbal skills.- Results oriented attitude.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Experienced in working remotely with minimum supervision - and willingness and motivation to do so.- Flexibility to travel within Germany and EMEAI region.- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).- Full clean driving licence.Desirable skills and experience:- Solid business acumen and a willingness to learn about our products/technology.- System integration knowledge.- Knowledge of Salesforce.- Another European language - German would be advantageous.Essential qualifications:Desirable qualifications:- Safety working training.- Servomex offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package commensurate with its status as a world class organisation committed to high performance, customer focus and employee empowerment._About Us:An acknowledged innovator in gas analysis technologies for more than 70 years, the company's continual leading edge in R&D and manufacturing ensure the delivery of high-performance, cost-effective solutions through a portfolio of dependable products ranging from portable gas analysers to complex process solutions.
