With strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.- Main responsibilities:- Support the creation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of metrics and benchmark to review the performance of the global process and its system(s).- Support the process super user community, ensuring regular engagement, training (including process & tool demo) and collection of feedback.- Provide orientation and support to the region and identify areas requiring process and systems reviews.- Support process reviews in the regions and countries and provide advice to develop and implement action plans to address identified gaps.- Support the execution of the country/local performance improvement plans.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Minimum requirements**- 2-5 years of working experience in procurement market intelligence and analytics capabilities.- Experience in market research, cost modelling, benchmarking and reporting solutions.- Solid understanding of procurement market intelligence concepts such as Porter’s 5 Forces, SWOT, Kraljic matrix, PESTLE analysis etc.- Experience handling large data sets and external databases.- Strong statistical analysis and interpretation skills.- Expertise in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).- Advanced communications and presentation skills.
