Your tasks- Responsible for spare pare managements, Max & Min calculation.- Responsible for managing the technicians in charge coordinating workload, escalation paths, development people according to technical skills and knowledges required.- Evaluation and search for the best spare parts, to guarantee the functionality, quality levels and productivity of the equipment in charge.- Suppliers’ development and evaluation.- Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.- Participation in local and global technical communities that set the standards for Continental.Execute work-related tasks and activities requested / assigned by the leader in charge.- Support on Introduction production technologies according to CAP and other specific procedures of Continental Automotive.- Lead and promote continuous improvement efforts for factory operation. Provide feedback to industrialization team regarding lessons learned and best practices for process system architecture.- Contribute to the accomplishment of Operational KPIs (OEE, Scrap, 0Km)- Contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, CIM, Strategic Projects, etc.) and that are applied to the position**Profile**:- Bachelor’s degree in electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering- 1 - 3 Years of experience in the automotive or electronic industry in maintenance field.- 3 - 5 years of experience in shop floor technical support.- Project management knowledge.- TPM knowledge- SAP- English medium / high- Teamwork and lead other engineers, be self-motivated, clear and effective communication skills, well organized, teamwork skills.- Electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge- Electric and pneumatic diagrams interpretation- Automation knowledgeDesirable- Chemical processes- Assembly processes- Press fit processes- Screw processes- Core tools- Statistical tools for process and equipment analysis (SPC, MCA, CPK)- SAP**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
