Geodis is seeking a Transformation Project Coordinator, who working alongside a project manager, is responsible for overseeing specific stages of a project. A Project coordinator may work on more than one aspect of a project, depending on its nature and scope and adhere to the transformation methodology, stage gate quality, and control guidelines throughout the full project life cycle.The project coordinator tracks each applicable stage throughout its lifecycle and makes sure that critical information is shared among the various team members. The Project Coordinator has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost.Project coordinators can expect to support scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, monitoring progress, updating team members and partners, and managing the project information flow in their day to day responsibilities**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering / International Business or similar) and master degree desirable International Business or Industrial Engineering- Advanced English- Supply Chain Optimization- MS Office- Excellent time management- Multitasking skills with attention to detailMain activities:- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence- Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources, and chairs project management team, status, and steerco meetings- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, success criteria, deliverable, dependencies, risks, issues, communicating across leadership- Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle, act as an internal quality control check for the project. Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution- Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management- Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards- Monitor project issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline- Analyze risks and opportunitiesWhat we offer:- Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
