Just clear communication and high standards.- **Everyone on the team is hungry**, humble, and committed to getting better every week.- **Work remotely & get paid in a strong currency****"And What Do My Responsibilities Look Like?"**- **Launch, manage, and optimize** FB and IG campaigns with full ownership of results.- **Communicate clearly and consistently** so the team always knows what’s going on.- **Come up with fresh front-end strategies** — new angles, creatives, offers, and copy ideas.- **Set up new clients** inside our systems.- **Create and refine SOPs and systems** — we move fast, and your work should be structured and scalable.- Eventually **help find, train, and lead new media buyers** as we grow the team.- **Troubleshoot issues quickly** — whether it’s Meta, GoHighLevel, or other tools we use.**"What Are The Requirements?"**- A **solid track record** as a senior media buyer or CMO for at least 1 year.- Some **GoHighLevel experience**.- **ClickUp, and Discord experience** is great, but not required.- **Perfect spoken & written English.**:- **Amazing communication skills.**:- **Fast learner.** If you're a slow learner, this isn't for you.- **Complete autonomy.** You are expected to use Google, ChatGPT, and help forums to learn how to master the tools we use.- Bonus if you’ve worked with local businesses or contractors**Details**:- **Salary**:USD$1,800 per month + performance bonuses (Total is around 2.6k to 3.5k+ per month)- **Hours**: 9am - 6pm Eastern time, Monday to Friday.
