_**COMPANY IN THE USA IS HIRING REMOTE LEGAL DEMAND WRITERS**_**Salary Rate: $4 - $5 USD per hour (Depending on skills and experience, working 40hrs per week)****SUMMARY**The Demand Writer will work directly with the Personal Injury Department, as well as interact with other departments (i.e. Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Administration, and Intake), as assigned. The Demand Writer will possess a high attention to detail, have the ability to multitask and prioritize, and excel under pressure. In addition, the Demand Writer may be tasked with special projects on an as needed basis requiring direction and guidance by Management and/or other Team Leaders.**RESPONSIBILITIES**Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Draft demand packages to insurance companies- Sort and read through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients- Summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments- Negotiate clients' entire case with insurance adjusters to obtain the highest settlement possible- Maintain communication with clients to guide them through the settlement process to ultimately settle their case with them- Organize research/data/issues and draft mediation briefs, motions and other correspondence, as requested;- Assist in updating case management software with date demand correspondence was completed and last day for first/third party adjuster to reply; and- Responsible for identifying and drafting the appropriate “type” of demand as required by the underlying facts and circumstances of each matter;- Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or Team Leaders.- Other duties may be assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills- Experience reading and understanding legal reports and records- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year university- Experience as content writer, marketing or related- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and with an internet connection of at least 10mbps- Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule**WHAT WE OFFER**:- Permanent and Stable WFH employment- Competitive Compensation and Benefits- Healthcare Assistance on the 6th month of employment.**Salary Rate: $4 - $5 USD per hour (Depending on skills and experience)**Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour**Language**:- advanced english (preferred)
