This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the end-to-end business from Finance, including financial performance, operations, and strategic objectives. As a Financial Digital Transformation expert, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our finance organization by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.**Key Responsibilities and Duties**- **Strategic Thinking**:- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.- Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the financial vision and roadmap, securing buy-in and support.- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital initiatives.- **Financial Expertise**:- Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis.- Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.- Have good understanding of Accounting and management of expense and warranty cost- **Change Management and Communication**:- Champion change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption.- Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.- Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.- **Project Management and Execution**:- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.- Implement robust project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.**Qualifications**- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.- Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 5 years of implementation experience, including at least 3 projects in a financial lead role.- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners at all levels.- Fluency inEnglish,.By joining our team as a Financial Digital Transformation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business by driving innovation and delivering exceptional results.**Additional Locations**:- Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.- Mexico- Brazil - Distrito Federal- Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.
