Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Testing Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus._- Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves_ _being responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._What a typical day looks like:- _ Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._- _ Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._- _ Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._- _ Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._- _ Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._- _ Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._- _ Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._- _ Create and maintain process documentation._- _ Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector._- _ Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Bachelor´s Degree in Electronics, mechatronics or related._- _ Advanced English level._- Proven experience in working on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.- Proven experience in customer-facing interactions.- _ Previous experience managing a cross functional team of engineers._- _ Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment._- _ Strong experience and knowledge using functional test and integration._- _ Knowledge on telecommunication products (switches, servers, networking)._- _ Advanced knowledge and experience using programming languages._- _ Flexible working hours availability is required._- PMI certification is a plus.- MBA is a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.IS81Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
