TITLE: Technical RecruiterLOCATION: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon - ONSITESHIFT: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PMSTATUS: Full-Time with BenefitsSALARY: 24K - 25K MXN per Month depending on experienceMUST HAVE: Excellent English language skillsWe are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our local office in Monterrey, Mexico. You will be given the opportunity to build a career within an international, dynamic and award winning organization.This is an exciting time to join us, as we have developed a well-defined career path to progress and develop within DYOPATH**Responsibilities**- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, offer stage, and onboarding- Mange business stakeholders' and hiring managers' expectations- Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents- Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position- Create job briefings and job advertisement postings by using different social media and networks channels- Assist with coordinating logistics for recruiting events; such as job fairs, open houses and invitation-only events- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned**Minimum Required Experience**- Bilingual speaking and writing skills (English and Spanish)**Preferred Experience**- Experience recruiting for positions in the U.S. is beneficial**Additional Eligibility Qualifications**- Strong customer service skills- Experience with ATS (Application Tracking Systems) such as Paycor, Jobvite, etc.- Must be proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular Internet job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, etc)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role- Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential- Self-starter and the ability to work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
