**About the Role**This is a unique opportunity to directly shape the future of the food delivery category and Uber Eats in Mexico.As a Growth Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage eaters in a specific region. You'll partner closely with the local Territory team and broader Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.This role calls for a strong mix of analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational execution, and collaboration. You'll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where your impact will be visible and meaningful.**What You'll Do**- Strategy: Build and lead a roadmap of initiatives to improve eater acquisition, retention, and engagement.- Process Optimization: Scale new and existing processes to drive operational efficiency and business growth.- Budget Management: Manage promotional budgets effectively to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.- Product Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the Uber Eats experience. Collaborate with central teams to prioritize new features and ensure local relevance.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with teams across Marketing, Community Operations, Policy, Communications, Legal, and more to support long-term growth and foster a strong global network.**What You'll Need**- A minimun of 4 years of experience solving analytical problems in fast-paced environments (e.g., business consulting, investment banking, or tech startups).- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable working with data and ambiguity.- Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and visual-for sharing insights and driving action across teams.- Experience making data-driven decisions and communicating insights across diverse teams.- Strong stakeholder managament skills.- Proficiency in Excel.- Intermediate SQL experience.**Bonus Points**- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
