Overview:The Employee Technology Experience Engineer I supports the technical operations and reliability of Herbalife’s endpoint environment. This role works with tools like Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and other enterprise platforms to ensure devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android are configured properly, compliant, and running efficiently. The engineer contributes to troubleshooting deployment issues, maintaining system configurations, and supporting global standards for employee technology.**HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE**:_(Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job)_- Assist with the deployment and configuration of devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.- Support system updates, patching, and enrollment workflows across multiple platforms.- Help test, validate, and implement new configurations or tool features introduced by senior engineers.- Assist with scripting and automation tasks to help streamline common workflows and reduce manual effort.- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles for internal processes and recurring issues.- Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to support ongoing platform improvements.- Monitor device health and support compliance tracking using internal dashboards and reporting tools.Job Qualifications:SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: (List requirements, including education and experience needed for the job) *limit 6-7 bullets- 3+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or a related technical role.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro, including DEP/VPP integrations- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a global team.- Strong communication and documentation skills.Education- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.- Foundational experience supporting or managing endpoint systems in an enterprise environment.
