**Escentials functions:Is responsible for supervising the operations of the Manufacturing areas in the plant, to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.It promotes a workplace that complies with the Health, Safety and Environment regulations.Identify and correct operational deviations, to ensure that a quality product is met from receipt to shipment.Gives support to Group Leaders, and general personnel in their charge; It also serves as a means of communication between the Manufacturing Manager and staff.- **Experience:At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.- **Education:Preferably professional career in Engineering or Administration- **Knowledge:- Preferred English knowledge.- Computing packages (MS Office)- General knowledge of manufacturing practices.- **Authority:Those concerning your area such as:- Stop processes that may jeopardize employee safety and / or product quality.- Stop, modify or initiate processes according to work and material priorities.- Administration of the personnel in charge including Disciplines, Permits, Vacations, Pre-payroll authorization of the personnel in charge among others.- Have previously identified nonconforming material.- Notify the material that does not conform to the Quality Engineer, to later make the scrap layout.
